You will work closely with engineering teams to develop, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models, with a strong focus on PyTorch-based development and production-grade software engineering.\nWhat will you do at Fynd?\nDevelop, train, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models using PyTorch\nCollaborate with software engineers and data teams to translate business problems into ML solutions\nWrite clean, maintainable, and testable code for model training, inference, and experimentation\nAssist in preparing, validating, and preprocessing data for model development\nSupport model deployment, monitoring, and iterative improvement in production environments\nAnalyze model performance metrics and troubleshoot issues to improve accuracy and reliability\nDocument experiments, model behavior, and technical findings for internal stakeholders\nStay current with emerging machine learning techniques and apply best practices to ongoing work\nSome specific requirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field\n2+ years of experience in machine learning or deep learning development\nStrong hands-on experience with PyTorch\nProficiency in Python and production-grade software development\nUnderstanding of model training, validation, and deployment workflows\nGood to have\nExperience building scalable ML systems in a production environment\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms and containerized deployment\nKnowledge of MLOps tools and practices\nExperience with GPU-based training and optimization\nExposure to natural language processing, computer vision, or recommendation systems\nWhat do we offer?\nGrowth\nAt Fynd, growth is limitless.
