We are expanding from retail into manufacturing, generative media, physical AI, and healthcare.\nAbout the Role\nThe Technical Program Manager will drive the execution of the CISO/DPO function, ensuring security, privacy, and compliance priorities are translated into clear programs, timelines, and measurable outcomes. This role will partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align cyber security, GRC, and compliance initiatives with business goals while maintaining strong accountability across teams.\nWhat will you do at Fynd?\nOwn and coordinate the end-to-end execution of the CISO/DPO function, ensuring timely delivery of security and compliance programs.\nPartner with CxOs, leadership teams, and key stakeholders to align priorities, communicate progress, and resolve blockers.\nPrioritize security, compliance, and GRC initiatives based on business risk, regulatory needs, and strategic importance.\nDrive program governance, tracking, reporting, and follow-ups across middle management, EMs, and functional teams under CISO oversight.\nCoordinate cyber security and privacy-related projects to ensure adherence to internal policies, external regulations, and audit requirements.\nDevelop and maintain schedules, milestones, dependencies, and status updates for multiple concurrent initiatives.\nFacilitate stakeholder management across technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clear communication and accountability.\nSupport compliance readiness by working closely with teams to close gaps, track remediation, and improve control effectiveness.\nWell versed with AI tools and open to learn new technologies.\nSome specific Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience\n5-10 years of experience in Technical Program Management, Security Program Management, or related roles\nStrong understanding of cyber security, GRC, compliance, and privacy operations\nProven experience managing complex, cross-functional programs with senior leadership stakeholders\nAbility to prioritize security initiatives, manage timelines, and drive execution to completion\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage CxO-level leaders\nExperience supporting or managing CISO or DPO office functions\nFamiliarity with privacy and security regulatory frameworks and audit readiness\nExperience working in a fast-paced technology organization\nCertification in PMP, CISM, CISSP, or related security/program management credentials\nExperience coordinating with middle management and engineering leaders to ensure delivery\nWhat do we offer?\nGrowth\nAt Fynd, growth is limitless.
