We are expanding from retail into manufacturing, generative media, physical AI, and healthcare.\nRole Overview\nAs an SDE 2 | Python Developer, you will design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and RESTful APIs that power critical business applications. Your work will directly contribute to delivering reliable, high-performance software solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product quality, engineering efficiency, and user experience.\nResponsibilities\nDesign, develop, test, and deploy backend applications and services using Python.\nBuild and maintain RESTful APIs using Flask and/or Django frameworks.\nWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.\nCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.\nParticipate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.\nEnsure application reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability across the software lifecycle.\nWork with databases, third-party integrations, and internal services to deliver robust system functionality.\nContribute to continuous improvement of development processes, tooling, and engineering standards.\nQualifications\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field\n4-8 years of professional experience in Python backend development\nHands-on experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs\nStrong experience with Flask and/or Django frameworks\nSolid understanding of software development best practices and debugging\nAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams\nPreferred\nExperience with scalable, high-performance backend systems\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms and deployment workflows\nExposure to microservices architecture\nExperience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines\nWhat do we offer?\nGrowth\nAt Fynd, growth is limitless.
