We are expanding from retail into manufacturing, generative media, physical AI, and healthcare.\nWhat will you do at Fynd?\nDevelop and manage a monthly social media calendar aligned to brand goals, campaigns, and business priorities.\n2Create, curate, and publish high-quality, platform-specific content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, and YouTube.\n3Oversee day-to-day social media operations including scheduling, posting, community management, and content optimization.\n4Engage with audiences by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to build an active and trusted online community.\n5Use analytics tools to track performance, generate insights, and refine strategies to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.\n6Collaborate with design, content, sales, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and storytelling.\n7Leverage social media and Sales Navigator for lead generation, audience targeting, and campaign support.\n8Monitor trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to test new formats and growth tactics that improve outcomes.\nSome specific requirements\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field\n4-7 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing\nHands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and YouTube\nProven ability to create and execute a monthly content calendar\nStrong command of English with excellent written and verbal communication skills\nExperience using social media analytics, publishing, and scheduling tools\nExperience in SaaS, startups, or growth marketing environments\nProven track record of scaling social channels or driving measurable growth\nExperience leading campaigns, projects, or small teams\nWorking knowledge of sales navigator and lead generation through social media\nFamiliarity with emerging content formats, trends, and best practices\nWhat do we offer?\nGrowth\nAt Fynd, growth is limitless.
