We are expanding from retail into manufacturing, generative media, physical AI, and healthcare.\nAbout the Role\nThe Technical Officer will own end-to-end product and program execution for key initiatives, ensuring technical feasibility, cross-functional alignment, and measurable business impact. The role will define success metrics, manage dependencies and risks, and drive adoption of platform capabilities and AI-enabled solutions across channels to deliver scalable outcomes.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn and drive end-to-end delivery of strategic product and program initiatives from planning through launch and adoption.\nDefine success metrics, measure performance, and use data-driven insights to track progress and inform decision-making.\nPartner closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to align platform capabilities with channel and user needs.\nManage technical dependencies, delivery risks, issue resolution, and escalations across multiple workstreams.\nSupport product strategy by translating business goals into executable technical requirements and roadmap priorities.\nDrive change management and adoption planning to ensure built capabilities are effectively used by target users and teams.\nCollaborate on AI-related initiatives, ensuring technical understanding, feasibility assessment, and alignment to business value.\nPrepare clear updates, documentation, and stakeholder communications to maintain transparency and alignment throughout delivery.\nWhat We're Looking For\nRequired\nBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field\n5-8 years of experience in product, program, or technical project management roles\nExperience driving end-to-end program execution across cross-functional teams\nStrong analytical ability to define and track success metrics and business impact\nDemonstrated experience working with engineering teams on technical deliverables and dependencies\nPreferred\nMBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification\nExperience with AI-enabled products or platform-based solutions\nBackground in driving user or channel adoption for new capabilities\nExperience in technology or digital product organizations\nFamiliarity with large-scale change management or transformation initiatives\nWhat do we offer?\nGrowth\nAt Fynd, growth is limitless.
