Customer Success Manager

Your daily tasks will entail:
Working with high-profile B2B customers globally, with a primary focus on accounts in the US
Acting as an ecommerce advisor for managed customers to help grow their ecommerce business by unlocking new business opportunities
Focusing on upselling and cross-selling to close additional business and increase the wallet share
Engaging in value-based conversations and streamlining the sales process to improve customer experience with FYUL platforms,
Managing the sales process to discover customer needs and develop and maintain relationships with large B2B accounts
Collaborating with other departments to facilitate the fulfillment of customer needs
Achieving quarterly sales objectives, accurately forecasting sales activity, being proactive trusted advisors, and guiding clients to adapt their businesses to current market situations

What we offer:
Monthly compensation of 2,800 euros gross upon achieving the set goals, which consists of a base salary of 2,400 euros gross and a variable compensation (if the set goals are exceeded, the total compensation can be significantly higher)
