You will work in an international environment with talented data fellows in a casual atmosphere.\n\nYour daily tasks will include:\nLead a team of up to 4 data analysts working with product and business teams across our Supply domain\n\nGuide the data analysis work across wide range of product areas, customer behaviour, partner performance and others\n\nPerformance management and evaluation, regular 1-to-1 meetings to discuss workload and personal development of data analysts\n\nDrive high impact analytical initiatives across the organisation\n\nBuild relationships and manage wide array of stakeholders\n\nCreate, prioritise and proactively communicate the backlog of the analytics team. Work together with the Heads of Product to align the backlog to the top impactful initiatives in the Supply area\n\nLead efforts to enhance data driveness in the company. Mentor peers and stakeholders in data usage and its value\n\nParticipate in hiring process to bring the best product and data analytics talent to FYUL\n\nEquip the team with latest analytical and statistical techniques and advancements relevant to FYUL business\n\nYour qualifications:\nStrong written & verbal English communication skills\n\nTrack record of managing priorities across wide stakeholder groups\n\n5+ years of professional experience in data analysis\n\n1+ years of experience leading team of data analysts\n\nPrevious experience in a product company or a marketplace is a plus\n\nPrior experience applying AI in a data context is a plus, but not expected. A strong curiosity and eagerness to experiment with AI and integrate it into workflows is essential.\n\nDemonstrated ability to present and clearly articulate summarized data analysis results\n\nAdvanced SQL skills and experience with Snowflake or similar data warehouses\n\nHands-on experience with BI tools to create interactive dashboards and visualizations (Looker is a plus)\n\nSolid understanding of data modeling and data quality principles\n\nHands-on experience with event tracking and product analytics tools (Amplitude is a plus)\n\nSolid understanding of statistics and AB testing.
