You will influence company-wide priorities, lead complex product lifecycle decisions, and mentor junior team members while shaping best practices within Category Management.\nYour Daily Tasks will include:\nSet and own the long-term strategic vision for your product categories, aligning with broader company objectives and influencing cross-functional planning at a senior level.\n\nDrive P&L performance, continuously analyzing revenue, margin, pricing, and competitive landscape to make data-driven decisions that maximize growth and profitability.\n\nIdentify, size, and lead major revenue opportunities across assortment expansion, product innovation, and category optimization with minimal oversight.\n\nOversee the full product lifecycle from assortment strategy to discontinuations, ensuring category completeness, competitiveness, and quality remain top-tier.\n\nLead high-impact product launches, coordinating with sourcing, selection development, onboarding, design, operations, sales, and marketing to deliver best-in-class go-to-market plans.\n\nConduct advanced market and trend analysis to anticipate shifts, uncover merchant needs, and proactively shape the product roadmap.\n\nOptimize catalog performance by driving initiatives around pricing strategy, product presentation, and discoverability.\n\nMentor and guide Junior Category Managers / Associates, providing coaching, direction, and feedback to elevate team capabilities.\n\nChampion process improvements within Category Management, streamlining workflows, tooling, and cross-team communication to increase efficiency and consistency.\n\nYour Qualifications:\n5+ years of category management, buying, merchandising, or similar commercial experience, ideally within e-commerce or a related high-growth retail environment.\n\nStrong track record of owning and growing a product category, with direct responsibility for revenue, margin, pricing, and product lifecycle strategy.\n\nDemonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to set long-term plans, build business cases, and drive alignment across multiple teams.\n\nAdvanced analytical capabilities, including interpreting complex data sets and transforming insights into clear, actionable recommendations.\n\nHigh proficiency with analytics tools such as Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Power BI, Looker or similar BI tools is strongly preferred.\n\nExceptional project management skills, with experience leading multi-team initiatives and managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\n\nStrong leadership and mentoring abilities, with 2+ years of experience coaching junior team members or leading a small team.\n\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, able to influence decisions at all levels of the organization.\n\nA proactive, ownership-driven mindset, with the ability to operate independently and drive initiatives from idea to execution.\n\nWhat we offer:\nMonthly salary EUR 3,200 - 3,800 gross, depending on work experience, education, and skills.\n\nA global, inclusive team that’s as supportive as it is ambitious and serious about getting things done\n\nAn opportunity to work remotely in Europe or in a modern and welcoming office in Riga\n\nFlexible working hours (start your day as late as 11 AM)\n\nPrivate health insurance\n\n2 extra paid days off to focus on your mental or physical well-being\n\n1 extra paid day off to celebrate a Birthday or any other celebration of your choice\n\nInternal and external learning opportunities\n\nAccess to mentorship, internal meetups, and hackathons, both on-site and online\n\nFree and healthy lunch if you work from the Riga office\n\nDesign and order your own merch using our platforms with an employee discount\n\nExciting team-building events and parties you’ll never forget!\n\nFYUL is the engine that powers on-demand commerce at global scale.\nFormed in 2024 through the merger of Printful, Printify, and Snow Commerce, we bring together tech, talent, and infrastructure to help people turn ideas into beautiful products.\nFrom solo creators to entertainment giants, FYUL powers merch that connects with millions, backed by advanced tech, premium production, and global reach.\nWe're a fast-growing global company working toward powering great brands, great experiences, and great people.\nWe are an equal-opportunity workplace.
