We believe in the importance of personal growth and we believe strongly that this can be achieved via teamwork within an environment that everyone is encouraged to strive for excellence.\nIf you believe that a company should invest in your continued professional development like we do, and if you are looking for your next challenge, we would like to hear from you.\nWhat you’ll do\nDevelop architectural and interior design concepts for hotel and hospitality projects, from initial idea to final execution \nPlan and manage Hotel Design & Renovation projects, including upgrades to existing properties \nPrepare, read, amend and draw plans, layouts and detailed drawings in AutoCAD \nProduce photorealistic renderings and visual presentations for management and stakeholders \nDesign lighting studies and solutions using DIALux \nSelect materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures and equipment in line with the 5* brand standards \nManage Procurement & Purchasing: source suppliers, request and compare offers, and follow up on orders and deliveries \nCoordinate projects with contractors, consultants and suppliers to ensure they are completed on time, on budget and within scope \nSupervise on-site the correct implementation of architectural and interior designs \nOrganize and plan project tasks and schedules, and report on project milestones to management \nReview technical terms in contracts and ensure compliance with Greek building laws and regulations \nCollaborate across departments to ensure projects align with company goals and business priorities \nRequirements\nKnowledge of and experience in Hotel Design & Renovation \nBSc or MSc in Architecture or Interior Design \nMinimum 5 years of experience in an architectural or interior design firm \nExcellent knowledge of AutoCAD \nKnowledge of DIALux \nAbility to produce photorealistic renderings \nExperience in Procurement & Purchasing \nStrong Project Coordination skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously \nOn-site supervision experience \nAbility to monitor and control project budgets and timelines \nGood knowledge of Greek laws and regulations related to buildings \nStrong organizational, time management, verbal and written communication skills \nFlexibility for monthly trips \nBenefits\nPositive working environment \nBe part of an ever-evolving organization focused on transformation and innovation \nA support system where you have a safe place to voice your opinion, share feedback, and be your true authentic self \nBe part of a winning team who embrace diversity, inclusion, and our differences \nExcellent opportunities for career progression \nCulture & values\nWe believe that motivated, happy and driven within the workplace employees, contribute to the maximum in the achievement of our common goal and our guest’s satisfaction.
