supervise day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring all Standard Operating Procedures are consistently applied across all properties. \nReport directly to the General Manager on all maintenance-related topics. \nPlan, coordinate, and execute the annual Maintenance Action Plan in close cooperation with hotel management and maintenance teams. \nOversee the condition, availability, and inventory of maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies. \nHandle maintenance issues promptly and effectively, guaranteeing timely and appropriate resolutions. \nSupport the recruitment process and contribute to the training, performance assessment, and retention of maintenance personnel. \nCoordinate external contractors, and service providers regarding technical and safety matters. \nLead regular team meetings and actively participate in cross-departmental meetings to promote collaboration and operational alignment. \nRequirements\nAt least three years of proven experience in a Chief Engineer or similar role within a hotel or hospitality environment. \nBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical engineering or a related technical field. \nStrong computer literacy, with confident use of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). \nSolid technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. \nAvailability to travel monthly between hotel properties, as part of regular visits to oversee operations and support the local Maintenance team. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English. \nStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to coordinate and oversee Maintenance operations across two hotel locations. \nDemonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently, especially in a dynamic, multi-site environment. \nExcellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams in different locations. \nBenefits\nA positive and
