do\nPrepare meals as ordered\nResponsible for the preparation of all food items ensuring a high standard of taste, temperature and preparation\nAssist in the preparation of several parts of a major meal by mixing and stirring, ladling, adjusting heat, etc.\nClean work areas and utensils\nPerform other related work as required\nPrepare your mise-en-place for next day\nAssist with another station as assigned by the Chef\nCollect store items as required from the main kitchen\nClean and maintain kitchen equipment and report any repair or maintenance needed\nAdhere to all organisation policies and procedures\nRequirements\nSome knowledge of materials, methods and equipment used in preparing food on a large scale, and the use and care of utensils and equipment\nSome knowledge of food values
