do\nGreet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the hotel \nUse of Front Desk systems (PMS, Web Hotelier, Booking Channels) \nRegister and check guests in \nEscort the guests to their rooms \nAnswer and direct incoming calls \nVerify guests’ payment method \nCompute all guest billings, and accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts \nProvide basic and accurate information in person and via phone/email \nComplete and maintain any incident reports, daily activity reports, or other reports requested by management \nClose guest’s accounts and check guests out \nMaintain a neat and orderly Front Desk and Reception area \nKeep inventory of Front Office supplies stock \nPerform other clerical Receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc. \nRequirements\nPrevious work experience as a Front Office Receptionist, Guest Relations Agent, Concierge, or similar role, ideally in a 5* hotel environment \nExcellent command of the English language \nKnowledge of any additional language will be considered an asset \nExperience in Hotel Program (PMS) \nComputer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.) \nSolid written and verbal communication skills \nExcellent
