do\nGreet guests upon arrival, check them in and provide them with any information they need to enjoy their stay\nUse of Front Desk systems (PMS, WebHotelier, Booking Channels)\nAnswer incoming calls\nEscorting guests to their rooms when needed\nVerify guests’ payment method\nCompute all guest billings, accurately post charges to guest rooms and house accounts\nProvide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email\nComplete and maintain any incident reports, daily activity reports or other reports requested by management\nClose guests accounts and check guests out\nMaintain a neat and orderly Front Desk and Reception area\nProcess invoices\nRespond to guest complaints, requests and emergencies\nReconcile all accounts in a timely manner\nSchedule guest wake-up calls and reservations for the following day\nBalance the cash drawer and log receipts\nInvestigate and resolve out-of-balance accounts\nKeep accurate financial records\nRequirements\nProven work experience as a Night Auditor, Front Office Receptionist or similar role, ideally in a 5* hotel environment\nExcellent command of the English language\nKnowledge of any additional language will be considered as an asset\nComputer literacy (Outlook, Excel, Word etc)\nAn eye for detail\nGood problem-solving skills\nSolid written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to be resourceful and
