do\nAssist with the preparation and planning of meal designs\nEnsure that kitchen activities operate in a timely manner\nResolve customer problems and concerns\nMonitor and record inventory, and if necessary, order new supplies\nProvide support to kitchen employees with various tasks including line cooking, food preparation, and dish plating\nTrain new kitchen employees to meet restaurant and kitchen standards\nAdhere to and implement sanitation regulations and safety regulations\nManage the kitchen team in the executive chef's absence\nRequirements\nProven experience in a similar role, ideally in a 5* hotel environment\nA culinary degree\nKnowledge of various cooking procedures and methods\nAbility to follow all sanitation procedures\nTeamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership
