hotel’s and company operational and service standards \nAble to provide guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating related professional work processes \nConduct checks on both treatment rooms and wider areas of the Spa to ensure it's clean, tidy, and well stocked with products and provisions \nEnsure all areas of the Spa are well-maintained at all times \nEnsure the guest experience is relaxing and in accordance with the hotel's standards \nEnsure the health and safety of guests and employees are paramount at all times \nResponsible for Spa employees’ weekly duty schedules and staff duty charts \nResponsible for the department training plan and conducting hands-on training for the new recruitment \nMotivate Therapists and ensure they have the confidence and skill set to promote and sell Spa services and retail Spa products \nBe on hand to deal with any customer issues \nRequirements\nProven experience working as a Spa Supervisor/Manager, preferably in a 5* hotel environment \nLicensed in massage therapy and cosmetology or aesthetics \nExcellent command of the English language \nKnowledge of a second language will be considered as an asset \nHands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures and face/body therapies \nAble to handle any guest complaints or special requirements \nAble to analyze and interpret the needs of clients and offer appropriate options, solutions and resolutions \nSound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and different massage techniques \nStrong leadership, team, organizational and communication skills \nExceptional customer
