technicians, production teams, and supervisors to prioritize maintenance activities and minimize operational downtime.\nCoordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs, inspections, and maintenance projects.\nAssist in troubleshooting efforts by gathering information, documenting issues, and supporting maintenance personnel in identifying root causes.\nMaintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and regulatory compliance requirements.\nSupport the implementation and continuous improvement of preventive maintenance programs.\nServe as a point of contact for maintenance-related inquiries and provide updates regarding work order status and equipment availability.\nMaintain effective communication across departments to support productivity and operational goals.\nPromote a safe, clean, and organized work environment.\nQualifications:\nMinimum 3-5 years of experience in maintenance coordination, facilities maintenance, manufacturing, industrial operations, or a related field.\n3-5 Experience using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP) preferred.\nKnowledge, Skills & Capabilities (example: functional, technical and managerial)\nStrong organizational, planning, and scheduling skills.\nWorking knowledge of mechanical, pipefitting, electrical, instrumentation, and facility maintenance practices.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\nKnowledge of inventory control and purchasing processes.\nUnderstanding of OSHA and workplace safety
