This role collaborates closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to deliver effective solutions, support testing, and provide training in a global environment. The Workday Systems Analyst contributes to project planning and helps maintain compliance and data accuracy across enterprise platforms.\nKey Duties & Responsibilities\nBusiness Analysis & Requirements Gathering\nAnalyze and document business requirements by engaging with stakeholders across departments to understand operational needs and translate them into functional system specifications.\nLiaise with technical teams and vendors to clarify requirements, track issues, and ensure timely delivery of system fixes or enhancements.\nSystem Configuration & Support\nSupport the configuration, maintenance, and improvement of enterprise systems, ensuring functionality aligns with business processes and user needs.\nMonitor system performance and usage patterns, and proactively identify potential issues or areas for optimization.\nTesting & Quality Assurance\nAssist in the design and testing of system changes and enhancements, including preparing test scenarios, executing test cases, and coordinating user acceptance testing.\nSupport data integrity and compliance efforts, assisting in audits, reconciliations, and system validation activities.\nEnd-User Support & Documentation\nProvide system training, documentation, and support to end users across global offices, ensuring clarity and consistency in system use.\nProject Involvement & Planning\nContribute to project planning activities, including estimating effort, identifying dependencies, and tracking milestones under guidance from senior team members.\nSkills & Experience\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analysis, or a related field.\n2-4 years of experience in systems analysis, business analysis, or a related role supporting enterprise systems.\nExposure to project lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, testing, and user support.\nFamiliarity with enterprise software systems, such as ERP, CRM, or other business applications.\nBasic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), system testing methodologies, and configuration management.\nAbility to analyze data, generate reports, and assist with system performance monitoring.\nProficiency with tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, requirements management tools, and ticketing systems.\nStrong communication skills to interact effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.\nAnalytical and detail-oriented with good problem-solving capabilities.\nAbility to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and work under moderate supervision.\nCollaborative mindset with a commitment to supporting global teams and end users.\nAdaptability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.\nBase Salary Hiring Range: $75,000.00 CAD - $90,000.00 CAD annually\nWhat Do We Offer You?\nCompetitive Total Rewards Package, including exclusive travel perks!\nAdditional days off, including on your birthday!\nVacation time for you to recharge\nEnhanced Parental Leave\nMeaningful Employee Recognition Program\nLearning and Growth Opportunities\nEmployee Resource Groups\n*Applicable based on location*\nArtificial intelligence (AI) tools may be used to support the administrative processing of applications, such as organizing and formatting applicant information.
