We also seek someone with the ability and inclination to roll up his or her sleeves and do whatever it takes to get a job done. Finally, we need an experienced biller with the creative thinking to roll with the punches on a fast-growing company while meeting the needs of our clients and continuing to make them love us.\nThis is a key role in our organization and an incredible opportunity to help change the face of global business.\nWhat you’ll do:\nSupport the audit of Payroll and Billing\nSupport creation and management of Billing related reports \nGenerate bills to our clients using various cost reports\nEnsure accuracy on all client bills\nProtect company’s integrity by keeping client information confidential\nInvestigate and resolve any billing discrepancies \nProcess credit memos or billing adjustments when necessary. \nAssist with month-end and quarter-end financial closing tasks.\nWhat we're looking for:\nMinimum Requirements:\n2+ years of accounting experience, including AP and Billing\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\nAbility to handle a high volume of time sensitive materials\nStrong attention to detail\nForeign currency to USD conversion experience preferred, but not required\nDemonstrated interpersonal, organization, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nStrong English verbal and written communication skills.\nOur ranges are established using objective market benchmarking data for this level of work. Final placement within the range is determined by gender-neutral criteria, including the candidate's relevant skills, experience, and specific qualifications for the role.\nActual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location.
