You will identify and overcome delivery roadblocks in a complex, cross-functional environment that optimizes our sales to customer support pipeline. You will manage multiple technical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and quality standards.\nWhat you’ll do:\nLead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple technical programs related to our sales and customer support ecosystem, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and quality standards.\nDefine program scope, objectives, and success criteria, developing detailed plans, roadmaps, success criteria and outcomes.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams, including Technology, Engineering, Product Management, Operations and Sales to prioritize work, resolve issues, and drive decision-making.\nDrive, enable and lead customer focused, agile delivery.\nUnderstand our sales and customer support ways of working, and delivery solutions that optimize their effectiveness and efficiency.\nChampion best practices enterprise-wide by continuously iterating on Program Management processes and capturing best practices. \nFoster effective communication and collaboration among team members, facilitating meetings, status updates, and regular reporting on program progress.\nWhat we're looking for:\nMinimum Requirements:\n7+ years of experience in technical program management, demonstrating a strong track record of successfully delivering complex programs in a technology driven Saas environment.\nDirect experience with AI-driven development lifecycles and utilizing AI/Agentic workflows to optimize program management architectures.\nProficiency in Agile program management methodologies and tools (Jira, Rally, etc.), with a deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).\nStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.\nThrive in a culture of ownership, delivery, and innovation. \nAbility to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision, both written and verbal\nExcellent problem-solving abilities, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations.\nProven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.\nExperience and familiarity with industry-standard project management software products such as Jira, and Google Suite. \nBS in Computer Science or Engineering or related equivalent work experience \nAgile Certification (such as Scrum Alliance Scrum Master (CSM) or Scaled Agile SAFe Agilist (SA)) required. \nExperience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Workday preferred. \nPreferred Requirements:\nDeep proficiency in the rapidly evolving AI landscape (LLMs, generative AI, agentic frameworks) with a demonstrated ability to integrate these capabilities into practical, future-proof program management strategies.\nEffective presenter, negotiator, and collaborator who can communicate with clarity and precision at all levels of the organization.\nA strategic mindset equally passionate about business outcomes and deep technology.\nThe annual gross fixed pay range for this position is €78,000 - €116.500 plus variable compensation\nOur ranges are established using objective market benchmarking data for this level of work. Final placement within the range is determined by gender-neutral criteria, including the candidate's relevant skills, experience, and specific qualifications for the role.\nActual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location.
