You will assist in the management of the back-end HR, Payroll, and legal service providers that support the infrastructure of our international entities. We are looking for someone with global exposure and experience throughout EMEA\nPlease note: this is a 9 month fixed term contract working GMT hours and we are ideally looking for someone who can start immediately\n\n What You Will Do:\nSupport key employee life cycle processes such as onboarding of new professionals, professionals' data management, absence managements, visa renewals. transfers, offboarding of professionals.\nPreparing HR documentation, i.e. employment contracts, employment contract amendments, HR policies, benefits enrollment documentation, payroll enrollment documentation, country-specific onboarding guides,employment certificates, certification of termination\nOrganize and maintain employee records via our proprietary Platform: input, update and maintain customer & professional personal data, process various forms related to documenting human resources activities such as new hire, change of status, benefits, terminations, etc.\nBenefits administration on behalf of customers & professionals including collaboration with broker/insurer for professionals’ benefits enrollments.\nProvide payroll data, including time and expense details, to support payroll administration, working in close coordination with the payroll team and Local Payroll Provider.\nCarry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payment for the professionals\nParticipation in the continuous improvement of HR processes and assist in maintaining standard operating procedures and policies up to date\nCommunicate effectively both verbally and in written form with professionals and our customers to explain and resolve queries and concerns (via email, and other means of communication)\nEnsure service excellence by following and committing to the established SLAs and SOPs\nCommunicate and liaise with GP partners/vendors, including insurance vendors, local service providers, local payroll providers, pension providers ensuring strong collaboration and seamless coordination including internal teams in GP.\nFirst point of contact for professionals& customers during the onboarding and offboarding process\nWhat We Are Looking For: \nMinimum Requirements: \n2-5 years of HR operations experience (SSC experience desirable)\nDetailed knowledge of HR Procedures and policies\nExperience working within a Shared Services\nBasic knowledge of labor legislation throughout the EMEA region\nExperience working with any of the following countries would be an advantage: Poland, Germany, Czech Republic, Hungary, Bulgaria, UK, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland\nExcellent customer service skills.\nProficient in both written and verbal English with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively in various communication settings. \nLiteracy with MS Office \nPossess a proactive 'test-and-learn' mindset; capable of quickly mastering and deploying new AI features and platforms due to the fast pace environment. \nDemonstrated AI literacy with the ability to integrate generative AI tools (e.g.,Gemini, Notebook LM) into daily workflows to increase efficiency and output quality. \nResourceful, problem-solving abilities with a focus on identifying and/or resolving issues effectively.\nExperience in stakeholder management, including building positive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.\nDemonstrating strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management skills\nAbility to work in an international team composed of team members in different locations and from different cultures and backgrounds.\nFlexibility to accommodate different time zones based on customer and professional needs.\nPreferred Qualifications\nKnowledge and experience in handling offboardings will be an added advantage.\nOur ranges are established using objective market benchmarking data for this level of work. Final placement within the range is determined by gender-neutral criteria, including the candidate's relevant skills, experience, and specific qualifications for the role.\nActual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location.
