This is a hands-on role: you'll spend most of your time writing and reviewing code, not managing people. You'll work directly with product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to turn ambiguous problems into shipped features in short iteration cycles, and you'll instrument what you build so the business can measure whether it worked.\nIn This Role, You Will:\nTechnical Leadership & Architecture\nServe as a technical leader, providing architectural guidance and strategic direction in collaboration with the leadership team\n\nEstablish and champion engineering best practices, code standards, and quality benchmarks across the team\n\nProduct Development & Delivery\nBuild and maintain a high-quality, stable, and well-tested web application with comprehensive test coverage\n\nDeliver complete features in short development cycles, writing effective frontend and backend code\n\nBreak down complex technical requirements into deliverable solutions using systematic decomposition patterns\n\nLeverage AI coding tools to accelerate development velocity and enhance team productivity\n\nCross-functional Collaboration\nPartner closely with designers, product managers, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions\n\nInstrument features with metrics and measurements to enable data-driven business decisions\n\nCommunicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences\n\nQuality & Operations\nEnsure quality releases through rigorous testing, code review, and deployment practices\n\nMonitor application performance and proactively address scalability concerns\n\nContribute to incident response and system reliability efforts\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nWe realize applying for jobs can feel daunting at times.
