who wants to harness the potential of artificial intelligence to create solutions that transform the way we work at G2A.COM.\nIf automation, system integrations, and AI models are areas you’re eager to explore, experiment with, and develop your skills in while turning ideas into tangible business results, this role is for you.\nAs part of our team, you’ll design and develop intelligent workflows in n8n, build integrations, and create solutions powered by LLMs and AI agents to streamline processes and free teams from repetitive tasks.\nJoin us and make a real impact on how we put AI into practice from the initial idea, through prototyping, to deploying solutions in production.\nYour responsibilities:\nAnalyzing business requirements and translating them into automation solutions using available tools, while estimating implementation effort\n\nDesigning, building, and maintaining workflows in a self-hosted n8n environment, including configuring triggers, webhooks, schedules, and error-handling and retry mechanisms\n\nCreating and developing integrations with G2A systems using REST APIs, including Jira and Confluence (on-premise, with Cloud planned for the future), Active Directory, Microsoft Teams, Google Cloud, and BigQuery.\n\nDesigning and implementing LLM-powered solutions, such as ticket classification and routing, summary generation, document data extraction, and AI agents that use tools (tool calling, MCP)\n\nDeveloping custom code wherever no-code solutions prove insufficient, including writing JavaScript or Python scripts, building simple microservices, and creating custom n8n nodes\n\nEnsuring automation security, particularly through credential and permission management and protecting personal data in prompts and logs\n\nMonitoring workflow performance and ensuring reliability by configuring alerts, analyzing execution metrics, and controlling the costs of AI model queries\n\nCreating technical documentation, developing workflow standards and templates, and sharing knowledge through training and supporting other teams\n\nYou're a perfect match for the role, if:\nYou have at least 3 years of experience in process automation, system integration, or backend development\n\nYou have experience building and maintaining production workflows in n8n or similar tools, such as Make or Zapier, and are eager to further develop your skills in n8n\n\nYou're proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript, and working with JSON is second nature to you\n\nYou have a good understanding of REST APIs and system integration mechanisms, including webhooks, OAuth 2.0, API tokens, pagination, and rate limits\n\nYou have hands-on experience using language model APIs, such as
