We biuld internal engineering teams that deliver technical projects for these labs.\nOur small recruiting team owns this part of the business. We work closely with our Lead Recruiter and our Director of Talent. We don't place engineers externally or hire for the labs directly: every engineer we hire joins G2i.\nThe role\nWe're looking for a Technical Recruiter who thrives at high speed. Frontier lab projects arrive with little notice, and can require teams of 50 to 150 engineers within one or two weeks.\nThis is a fully remote role. Most of our candidates are in Latin America, North America and Europe.\nWhat you'll do\nRun high-volume screening calls with software engineers\n\nPitch the opportunity clearly and honestly, explain the process, and get a fast yes or no\n\nMove candidates quickly through short processes\n\nActivate the bench and hit tight hiring targets when a new project arrives\n\nFind creative ways to source more candidates fast\n\nSupport other G2i hiring projects when needed\n\nWhat we're looking for\nProven experience as a technical recruiter, hiring software engineers across backend, frontend and full-stack roles\n\nExperience staffing large teams quickly, ideally at a consultancy, agency or IT services company\n\nComfort with high-volume, back-to-back interviewing\n\nA strong closer who can sell an unusual opportunity honestly\n\nCreative and resourceful when deadlines are tight and the pipeline runs short\n\nEnglish C1 for daily calls with candidates and the team\n\nA pragmatic, get-it-done attitude and the flexibility to put in extra hours during project kickoffs\n\nNice to have\nSpanish or Portuguese, since many of our candidates are in Latin America\n\nExperience recruiting for AI, ML or LLM-related roles\n\nExperience working with US-based companies or teams\n\nPrevious experience working as a contractor\n\nWhat we offer\nCompetitive compensation + Quarterly bonus\n\nContract (about 40 hours a week), starting with a 3-month initial term and the possibility of extension.
