This role will initially lead the modernization of key underlying platform capabilities and expand to owning product strategy and growth for innovative solutions on our next-generation platform.\nG2RS is here to keep e-commerce and merchant portfolios safe from illicit products and services. As a key product leader, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Data Science, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations teams around the world to translate business requirements into actionable features and experiences. You will work with clients and internal stakeholders to collect insights, validate proposed solutions, and maintain the market-leading standards of MRS products in risk detection, monitoring, and management.\nThis role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who is comfortable owning complex, interconnected products end-to-end and navigating shared ownership with other product managers. You will dive deep into data models and integrations, apply strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and build business cases, and keep initiatives aligned across cross-functional teams.\nPosition may require travel 2-3 times per year.\nKey Responsibilities\nOwn the roadmap and prioritization for a portfolio of merchant onboarding and monitoring products, balancing product stability, client commitments, and long-term platform direction.\nDrive modernization of core platform capabilities, building business cases that balance cost, quality, and scalability.\nLead customer transition strategy as products evolve onto new capabilities, in collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Engineering.\nOwn product strategy and growth for the portfolio, using market, competitive, and customer research to identify opportunities and shape the roadmap.\nApply AI-first thinking both in product development and daily workflows, incorporating responsible AI capabilities into the roadmap while using AI tools to accelerate research, requirements development, customer insights synthesis, and execution.\nEngage directly with key customers to understand use cases, gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and ensure product-market fit.\nDefine and prioritize features, writing clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Engineering and Data Science partners, and manage backlogs and delivery progress in Jira.\nCollaborate cross-functionally to guide development, ensure delivery milestones are met, and remove roadblocks throughout the product lifecycle.\nMonitor product performance and customer outcomes using analytical methods, and champion a data-driven approach to prioritization and product decisions.\nPartner with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to support go-to-market efforts and ensure product launch readiness.\nRequirements\nQualifications\n5+ years of product management experience, ideally in data, AI/ML, and/or fintech.\nExperience leading platform modernization or customer transition programs.\nDemonstrated success managing complex, data-driven or analytical products, from concept through launch and iteration.\nStrong technical fluency, including working SQL skills, experience with customer-facing APIs, and the ability to dive into a data model and understand it in detail.\nExperience building business cases, including vendor evaluation, unit economics, and build-versus-buy decisions.\nFintech, payments, KYB/KYC, and/or e-commerce risk and compliance experience is preferred.\nDemonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in day-to-day product work (e.g., Copilot, generative AI assistants) and experience collaborating with Data Science to translate business problems into practical, ethical AI-enabled product solutions.\nProven ability to translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product requirements and actionable development plans.\nExcellent collaboration skills and experience working with Engineering, Data Science, Operations, and GTM teams, including teams distributed across time zones.\nComfort with evolving scope and shared ownership across multiple product teams.\nStrong analytical skills for modeling, KPI analysis, and trend evaluation.\nExceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.\nComfortable engaging with customers and external stakeholders to gather insights, validate assumptions, and build strong relationships.\nBachelor’s degree in business, analytics, computer science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a
