End-User & Workforce Support\nProvide day-to-day IT assistance for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.\nTroubleshoot software, hardware, and connectivity issues.\nDeliver IT inductions and onboarding sessions for new staff, ensuring awareness of IT policies, tools, and security practices.\nSupport staff during offboarding by handling account closures, data backup, and access removal.\n2. Identity & Access Management\nManage onboarding/offboarding, role transitions, and permissions\nManage Azure, Active Directory, M365, SailPoint, DFS, DHCP, DNS and internal systems.\nImplement Conditional Access and MFA policies.\nResolve account lockouts and access escalations.\n3. Collaboration & Productivity Tools\nAdminister Microsoft Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, and OneDrive.\nEnable secure collaboration with external stakeholders.\nSupport staff in managing shared drives, permissions, and access rights.\n4. Infrastructure & Systems Management\nOversee networks, VPN connectivity, servers, and cloud resources.\nEnsure high availability and resilience of IT services.\nManage system upgrades, patching, and performance monitoring.\nManage security configurations and troubleshooting.\n5. Security & Compliance\nEnforce corporate security standards, including MDM enrollment, encryption, and patch compliance.\nMonitor and respond to security alerts.\nSupport InfoSec audits and governance requirements.\n6. Project & Technical Enablement\nProvide technical support to project teams, including specialized setups (Linux environments, GPU/AI workstations, DGX systems, Docker, GitHub/GitLab).\nAssist teams in configuring and maintaining project-required equipment.\nSupport deployment of new technologies for AI and data-driven projects.\n7. Procurement & Asset Management\nManage IT stock, hardware allocation, and lifecycle tracking.\nOversee procurement requests, license renewals, and warranty claims.\nLiaise with vendors for service, repairs, and escalations.\n8. Incident & Escalation Management\nAct as the single point of contact for IT escalations.\nCoordinate with global support teams and vendors for complex issues.\nEnsure business continuity by minimizing downtime and resolving critical incidents quickly.\n9. Process & Service Delivery\nManage IT service requests through ticketing systems.\nStreamline IT processes for efficiency and compliance.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives in IT operations and service delivery.\nQualifications:\nRequired Qualifications\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant work experience.\nCertifications including Network Administrator, Microsoft MCSA, Microsoft Azure\nPreferred Experience\n5+ years as Systems and Business Support and Cloud administrator.\nStrong experience in IT Asset management , hardware build including Windows and MacOs.\nStrong experience in Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, Windows Server, Azure, and AWS.\nPrevious experience in a help desk support or troubleshooting role, particularly in a 24/7 managed services environment.\nDemonstrated experience with Microsoft Cloud Services, including Azure and Active Directory\nStrong understanding of internet protocols, LAN/WAN networking, firewalls and protocols such as DNS, HTTP, LDAP, SMTP, and SNMP.\nSoft Skills\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills\nStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills\nProactive
