We are building a vertically integrated AI powerhouse with an ambition and a proposition on par with the world's leading hyperscalers, spanning AI data centers, hyperscale AI cloud infrastructure and frontier AI applications.\nAt the core of that ambition is a simple idea: G42 is building the world's AI token factory and AI agent factory, the industrial-scale infrastructure that produces intelligence, and the platforms that turn that intelligence into agents and applications reshaping how governments, enterprises and society work.\nOverview:\nWe are building the treasury function for one of the most capital-intensive build-outs in technology, and you will establish the cash visibility, payment controls and funding mechanics that keep it moving.\nYou will stand up group cash visibility and liquidity planning, design dual-control payment rails, maintain the debt and covenant calendar, and partner with the CFO on banking relationships and funding for the infrastructure build-out. This is a hands-on build role with direct executive exposure: you design the framework and you also run it.\nG42 USA is headquartered in Bellevue, Washington. We are in the formative stage of building the company, its leadership team, operating rhythms and culture, and we value meaningful time together in person. Our preference is for candidates based in the Seattle/Bellevue area, and we are also open to candidates located elsewhere in the US who can travel to Bellevue regularly, in line with business needs and key milestones.\nResponsibilities:\nCash and Liquidity\nEstablish daily group cash visibility across G42 USA and business unit bank accounts\nBuild short- and medium-term liquidity forecasts and a consolidated group liquidity view\nDefine funding and cash-sweep models between G42 USA and its operating entities\nImprove forecasting accuracy to support capital allocation and data center build-out decisions\nPayments and Banking\nSet up bank accounts with dual-control payment rails for debt service, intercompany funding and corporate costs\nDefine intercompany payment rules, approval matrices and netting where appropriate\nOptimize banking relationships and negotiate cost-effective treasury services\nEnsure cash is not commingled with the global parent and that signatory controls meet US governance standards\nDebt and Investments\nMaintain the debt schedule and covenant calendar for facilities at G42 USA\nSupport drawdowns, compliance reporting and investor-ready debt disclosures\nAllocate surplus cash into low-risk instruments where policy allows\nPartner with FP&A on capex funding and liquidity scenarios for infrastructure build-out\nPolicy, Automation and Team\nPublish treasury policies and ensure adherence to financial regulations and best practices\nImplement automation for cash management, bank reconciliation and payment workflows, in partnership with Finance BI and Systems\nLead and develop the treasury team as scope expands across business units\nPartner with Controller and Tax on intercompany flows, transfer pricing and related-party funding\nQualifications:\n7+ years in corporate treasury or corporate finance, with hands-on cash and liquidity management (10+ years for the Director level)\nExperience building or scaling treasury for a multi-entity US organization, ideally in high-growth or capital-intensive sectors\nStrong knowledge of cash management systems, payment rails, debt facilities and bank relationship management\nProven ability to design dual-control payment processes and treasury governance\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field\nPreferred\nInfrastructure, data center, cloud or AI-infrastructure sector experience\nTreasury management system or bank aggregation platform implementation\nExperience with related-party funding structures and global parent relationships\nCTP, CFA or an advanced degree\nOur Culture: Founder Mode\nG42 Americas is a company for builders.
