Over time, you will learn how to spot trends and share your own useful insights.\n\nCollaborate for Data Accuracy: Work closely with the accounting team to double-check financial records and ensure all numbers match perfectly.\n\nMaintain Daily Tracking: Keep routine reporting tasks and tracking files up to date, while actively learning how to automate and improve these processes.\n\nGrow and Step Up: Start with a supportive role in daily tasks and gradually take on more responsibilities as you gain experience and confidence.\n\nRequirements\nEducation: BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (recent graduates are welcome to apply).\n\nExperience: 1-2 years of experience in a finance or accounting support role (internships or practical training count as well).\n\nExcel Skills: Advanced understanding of MS Excel / Google Sheets. You should love working with data and feel comfortable using functional tools like VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas. (Note: A practical Excel test will be part of the hiring process).\n\nAccounting Principles: A basic, foundational understanding of accounting principles and financial statements (P/L, Balance Sheet).\n\nSoftware Skills: Familiarity with ERP software will be considered a plus, but is not mandatory.\n\nSoft Skills: A tech-savvy, detail-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within a structured corporate environment.
