Guard ManagementConduct scheduled and unannounced field inspections at assigned security posts.\nAssess officers’ alertness, appearance, uniform standards, equipment readiness and compliance with Post Orders.\nMonitor officers’ performance and document incidents, infractions and procedural deviations accurately.\nAddress performance issues promptly through coaching, corrective action and appropriate disciplinary measures in accordance with G4S policies.\nEnsure security officers understand and follow site-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\nConfirm that officers understand emergency response and evacuation procedures.\nMaintain professional relationships with security officers while enforcing operational standards and accountability.\nIdentify training and development needs and communicate them to the appropriate management team.\n2. Operational Administration & SchedulingManage shift handovers, officer check-ins and muster parades to maintain effective post coverage.\nMonitor attendance and promptly address absences, call-outs, late arrivals and no-shows.\nCoordinate immediate staffing solutions to minimise gaps in security coverage.\nVerify physical and digital timesheets for accuracy before submission and approval.\nComplete required timesheet and attendance documentation accurately and on time.\nReview daily activity reports, occurrence books and shift logs to ensure completeness and accuracy.\nConduct initial site orientation, onboarding and practical briefings for newly assigned security personnel.\nEnsure officers receive and understand relevant client instructions, site procedures and operational updates.\n3. Incident Command & Emergency ResponseRespond promptly to serious alarms, security breaches, medical emergencies, accidents, structural emergencies and other critical incidents.\nAssume appropriate on-site leadership during major incidents until relieved by senior management or emergency authorities.\nAssess situations quickly and take appropriate action to protect people, property and assets.\nCoordinate with security officers, clients, emergency services and G4S management during incident response.\nPreserve relevant evidence and ensure CCTV footage, statements, photographs and other supporting information are properly identified and retained.\nOversee the preparation of clear, accurate and comprehensive incident reports.\nEscalate serious incidents through the appropriate G4S reporting channels without delay.\nConduct post-incident reviews and recommend corrective or preventive measures where appropriate.\n4. Client Service & Contract ComplianceMaintain professional communication with clients and respond promptly to operational concerns.\nConduct site inspections to confirm that security services meet contractual requirements.\nIdentify service gaps and implement appropriate corrective actions.\nReport recurring operational issues to management and recommend practical solutions.\nPromote G4S service standards and maintain a professional presence when representing the company at client locations.\nSupport management in maintaining strong client relationships and customer satisfaction.\nKey Experience\nMinimum 3 years’ progressive experience in the private security industry.\nAt least 1 year of experience in a team-lead, supervisory or similar field leadership position.\nHigh school diploma or equivalent qualification required.\nAdditional training or certification in security management, emergency response, first aid, occupational safety or related areas will be an advantage.\nMust possess a valid Ghana Card.\nMust possess a valid and clean driver’s licence.\nA valid motorcycle endorsement/licence will be required where the role involves operating a company motorcycle.\nLeadership & Physical Requirements\nCommand PresenceDemonstrate confidence, professionalism and authority when leading security personnel.\nMaintain discipline and accountability across
