This is a hands-on individual contributor role for someone who thrives on solving hard\ninfrastructure problems and wants to make a direct, technical impact without people-management\nresponsibilities.\nYou will contribute to infrastructure reliability, CI/CD, observability, incident response, and cost\nmanagement, working closely with the Lead DevOps Engineer and the broader engineering team while\nreporting to the Director of Platform and Infrastructure. This role is deeply hands-on and includes\nparticipating in on-call and actively debugging production issues.\nYou’ll partner closely with engineering and product teams to support business needs, focusing on\nexecution, reliability, and continuous improvement.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nINFRASTRUCTURE & RELIABILITY\nSupport infrastructure reliability and uptime across all environments - development, staging, and\nproduction\nDesign and implement scalable, resilient systems on AWS that support continued customer and\ndevice growth\nHelp manage multi-regional or highly available infrastructure with clear SLAs, failover patterns,\nand capacity planning\nGabb\nLehi, Utah\ngabb.com\nIdentify and remediate security risks in infrastructure and deployment pipelines in partnership\nwith engineering and security teams\nCI/CD & DEVELOPER PLATFORM\nBuild and maintain CI/CD systems and GitOps workflows that enable product teams to deploy with\nspeed and confidence\nImprove developer tooling, deployment pipelines, and environment management to reduce\noperational burden on product engineering teams\nManage Kubernetes and containerized workloads;
