Customer Operations Lead

SampleMaster® delivers high-quality, customised sample and decision tools to leading international brands such as MillerKnoll, Steelcase, Bang & Olufsen, BoConcept, Bolia, and more. To support our continued growth journey, we are looking for a Customer Operations Lead to help shape outstanding customer experiences for these international premium brands.

Your primary focus will be:

• Coordinate and streamline customer inquiries, quotations, and requests
• Translate customer needs into actionable tasks
• Support Sales Managers with commercial insights
• Maintain efficient workflows and continuous process improvement
• Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints

Your responsibilities include:

• Handle customer inquiries and prepare accurate quotations
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams on orders and timelines
• Support Sales Managers with commercial data and briefs
• Identify and improve friction points in customer processes
• Maintain dashboards and prepare concise management summaries

We are looking for someone who:

• Deep understanding of customer needs
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to drive changes and improvements
• Skilled at using customer data and feedback for enhancements
• Experience collaborating across functions
• Proficient in English, written and spoken
