We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to lead daily quality activities and strengthen quality and safety across our operations, reporting to the Production & Quality Manager.\nYour primary focus will be:\nLead daily quality activities and supervise the Quality team.\nEnsure incoming, in-process, and final quality control.\nResolve deviations and drive lasting quality improvements.\nMaintain quality system, customer, certification, and regulatory compliance.\nCoordinate occupational health, safety, and fire-safety activities.\nYour responsibilities include:\nPlan inspections and verify compliance with product, labelling, and packaging requirements.\nLead root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and effectiveness checks.\nMaintain control plans, inspection standards, reference samples, and records.\nSupport claims, audits, and certifications; coach colleagues in quality standards.\nMonitor KPIs, recurring issues, and improvement needs.\nCoordinate risk assessments, safety training, health surveillance, and incident follow-up with management and external specialists.\nContain and escalate critical risks;
