We’re always looking for talented people to join our team and grow together.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive health, dental, and vision plans\nEmployer-paid short- and long-term disability.\n401(k) plan with company match after 12 months\nEmployee Assistance Program and Chaplain Services to support mental and emotional well-being\nPaid sick leave, vacation, holidays, and parental time\nGenerous employee product purchase discount\nWhat You Do\nInterprets electrical schematics, blueprints, ladder logic, technical manuals, and diagrams to diagnose and resolve electrical issues.\nPerforms minor electrical installations and supports equipment upgrades, electrical improvements, and plant layout changes.\nEnsures electrical work is performed safely and in alignment with applicable code requirements, OSHA expectations, lockout/tagout practices, and company safety procedures.\nPerforms preventative and predictive maintenance on upholstery manufacturing equipment according to established schedules.\nDiagnoses mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and controls-related issues and performs timely repairs.\nTroubleshoots PLC-controlled, software-driven, and automated production equipment as applicable.\nResponds promptly to maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.\nCollaborates with machine manufacturers, vendors, and internal teams for technical support, warranty claims, upgrades, and equipment performance improvements.\nMaintains spare parts inventory and coordinates ordering of replacement components.\nPerforms general facility maintenance, including lighting repairs, minor electrical work, minor plumbing repairs, structural maintenance, and facility improvement support.\nMaintains compressors, dust collection systems, and other plant infrastructure equipment.\nSupports equipment installations, plant layout changes, and facility improvement projects.\nLeads and sustains 5S standards throughout the plant by organizing maintenance areas, supporting production workspaces, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring equipment and facility areas remain clean, orderly, and audit-ready.\nDocuments maintenance activities, repairs, parts usage, electrical work, inspections, and system updates in the company maintenance management system.\nCommunicates equipment status, repair timelines, safety concerns, and potential operational risks to management and production teams.\nRecommends equipment improvements, process enhancements, safety improvements, or replacement needs when appropriate.\nParticipates in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, electrical safety, plant efficiency, and production uptime.\nPrimary Focus Areas\nEquipment maintenance, repair, and reliability\nFacility maintenance\nDocumentation and communication\nWhat You Bring\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification, electrical training, journeyman electrician credentials, or an associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, Electrical Technology, or a related field preferred.\nMinimum of five years of experience in industrial or manufacturing maintenance, electrical troubleshooting, and equipment repair required; experience in automated or upholstery manufacturing environments preferred.\nStrong mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, controls, and industrial troubleshooting skills.\nAbility to safely operate hand and power tools and interpret blueprints, schematics, electrical diagrams, and technical manuals.\nWorking knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment, motor controls, VFDs, sensors, computerized maintenance management systems, and production equipment controls preferred.\nDemonstrated critical-thinking, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving abilities.\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and respond effectively in a fast-paced production environment.\nDependable, punctual, and professional, with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.\nCommitment to workplace safety, lockout/tagout practices, electrical safety, and compliance with company policies and procedures.\nHow Success Is Measured\nEquipment uptime\nPreventive maintenance completion rate\nMaintenance ticket closure rate\nElectrical repair response and completion time\nSafety compliance and incident prevention\nSafety\nAll employees are expected to always conduct themselves in a safe manner and to ensure that their actions do not place themselves or others at risk.
