luxury retail experience strongly preferred.\nProven ability to drive sales and profitability through metric-driven decision making, business analysis, and goal setting.\nStrong aptitude for selling luxury products with a focus on delivering exceptional client experience.\nAbility to hold teams accountable while fostering a culture of performance and professional growth.\nExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to coach, influence, and resolve conflict effectively.\nStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.\nProficient computer skills including MS Outlook, Excel, and Word;
