We manage packaging portfolios across multiple categories, combined with a scalable service model, which delivers packaging solutions and continuous improvement to our customers.\nWe are looking for an organized, curious, and detail-oriented Product & Sourcing Coordinator to help our team bring packaging products from initial request through completion.\nIn this role, you will gather information from customers, organize product specs, gather pricing details from vendors and prepare documents, and follow up to keep projects moving. You will work with internal teams and external partners while learning how packaging products are developed, sourced, and introduced to customers.\nYou do not need prior packaging experience. This opportunity is suited to someone early in their career or someone with administrative, customer service, sales support, purchasing, or project coordination experience who wants to learn a new area of business.\nSuccess in this role requires strong leadership and ownership, effective communication, attention to detail, consistent follow-through, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes.\nWhat You Will Do:\nCoordinate information and documentation for new packaging product requests and updates to existing products. \nPrepare requests for vendor pricing and gather information on product options, specifications, and lead times. \nOrganize vendor responses and prepare pricing comparisons for the team to review. \nEnter and maintain accurate product information, project notes, and status updates in Salesforce, Specright, and other company systems. \nTrack deadlines, follow up on outstanding items, and flag delays or missing information. \nPrepare quotes, product forms, specification sheets, customer price lists, and other project documents. \nProcess approved orders and follow up with vendors on progress and delivery details. \nCoordinate product samples, vendor meetings, and presentations. \nPrepare meeting notes and project updates to help internal teams stay informed. \nLearn the sourcing process and take on additional responsibilities as your knowledge and skills grow. \nRequirements\nWhat You Bring\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. \nThe ability to manage several tasks, keep track of deadlines, and follow through. \nClear written and verbal communication skills. \nComfort working with numbers, comparing information, and checking details for accuracy. \nFamiliarity with Microsoft Office, including basic Excel skills, and a willingness to build those skills. \nThe ability to learn new systems, ask thoughtful questions, and apply feedback. \nAn interest in working with products, vendors, and cross-functional teams. \nA proactive approach-you notice when information is missing or something needs attention and take the next step. \nLeadership skills: Takes ownership of work, makes sound decisions, and moves tasks forward while collaborating with others. \nGrowth mindset: Committed to professional development, with the ambition to lead projects and take on increasing responsibility.\nA specific degree or industry background is not required.
