The ideal candidate thrives in environments where safety, quality, service and cost are the highest priorities. The Machine Technician will perform various, rotating duties relating to all manufacturing operations. He or she will support managers and all plant staff to meet operational goals and perform duties as assigned. Employees will contribute to a highly motivated and positive environment. The Machine Technician must be familiar with all areas of the process, along with any off-line equipment associated with the production line. It is the responsibility of all Technicians to operate in a safe manner, and monitor the quality of the product we produce\nEssential Duties\nSpecific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nAssure all activities are performed safely\nProduce high-quality products consistently\nGenerate timely, consistent reports\nCommunicate positively with co-workers and leaders\nQualifications Required\nH.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Required \n1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or safety-sensitive role.\nGeneral Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nAbility to respond to requests in a professional and timely manner\nDemonstrated intermediate communication and interpersonal skills\nStrong planning, prioritization, organizational, and reporting skills\nIndependent problem-solving skills\nTechnical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nAbility to troubleshoot and solve production challenges\nIntermediate proficiency in Google Suite\nFamiliar with standard manufacturing concepts, practices and procedures\nMathematical Skills - Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
