And under this roof, we protect what matters most.\nTeam Summary\nThe Production Operator, under the direction of the Supervisor or Leadman, oversees operation of processing equipment and processes. Makes routine tests and observes, charts, and determines when the process is complete. Works with manufacturing/batching processing equipment.\nJob Summary\nThe Production Operator will safely control and oversee various machines and equipment involved in production.\nEssential Duties\nEnsures quality and consistency in production processes by assessing, modifying equipment.\nEnsures efficiency and productivity by evaluating and modifying production processes and/or equipment.\nIdentifies, troubleshoots, and resolves issues with equipment, devices, or products.\nGathers and arranges materials.\nDrafts and maintains production logs, inventories, documentation, and reports including those outlining procedures, batch records, inventory, productivity, changeover, and progress.\nMaintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area.\nAbility to operate Fork-lift.\nMaterial Handling.\nEnsures compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and best practices.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n Qualifications Required\nH.S.
