And under this roof, we protect what matters most.\nJob Summary\nThis role is responsible for the end-to-end management of the complex SAP Landscape encompassing multiple SAP products including SAP's SaaS solutions. Deep technical expertise and hands-on experience in SAP Systems' Lifecycle management, Systems' Maintenance and Operations, Supporting the SAP Integration, GRC/Security and Development teams' requirements, is needed.\nEssential Duties\nDesign, Build, test, and deploy the SAP Systems (S/4HANA, BTP Solutions/Services, Other SAP SaaS solutions like CALM, SAC, Ariba, IBP, Datasphere)\n\nImplement the technical approach of all SAP and non-SAP systems integrating with SAP solutions & manage SAP and 3rd party dependencies related to the SAP environment.\n\nSAP System landscape management in operations and project scenarios including transports across different SAP systems using CALM, cTMS etc.\n\nPlan and manage SAP systems maintenance schedule, DR Testing, in coordination with internal and external stakeholders like SAP ECS (RISE)\n\nDeep understanding of SAP best practices on Backup and Recovery\n\nPerformance tuning and configuration, troubleshooting and RCA related to HANA DB, S/4HANA, other SAP SaaS solutions\n\nUnderstanding the structure and setup of Fiori roles, Workzone\n\nImplementation, upgrade, and support of the latest SAP systems versions, running on Windows/Linux OS and HANA DB\n\nGood knowledge of hyperscalers - preferably Azure and GCP. Good understanding of Infrastructure components like Firewalls, Load Balancers etc.\n\nTimely communicate status, issues, and risks to all stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and managers\n\nExperience in implementing CALM for both implementation and operations scenarios for various backend SAP systems (Change control, Monitoring, etc.)\n\nHelp manage Issues and Risks to ensure the timely implementation of projects, including carrying out risk assessments, identifying project roadblocks, and driving mitigations/solutions.\n\nWork with technical and non-technical teams, including Customer Support, Product Management, Engineering, and QA teams, to efficiently and effectively resolve project issues and escalations.\n\nSAP BTP Administration:\nManaging SAP BTP subaccounts, entitlements, service instances, connectivity etc.\nConfiguring and administering SAP BTP services\nOverseeing BTP landscape setup and maintenance, including SSO using different identity providers - ex: SAP’s default and Okta\n\nSupporting Developments and Customizations:\nProviding the necessary SAP Systems’ administrative support for the SAP Development teams that use RAP, CAP and low-code/no-code technologies\n\nSupporting Integrations:\nImplementing integrations using SAP Cloud Connector, SAP Integration Suite, and APIs across SAP and non-SAP products like S/4HANA, SAP BTP, GRC/IAG, and other 3rd party systems, ensuring secure and reliable integrations\n\nSupporting SAP GRC and Security:\nDeep understanding of and supporting SAP GRC and Security teams in establishing and enforcing best practices for SAP S/4HANA and SAP BTP security\nUnderstanding the compliance and governance needs and ensuring those practices are complied with\n\nQualifications Required\nBachelor’s Degree Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field is required Master’s degree Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field would be preferred\n\n10+ years of experience as a SAP Basis Administrator role with hands-on experience\n\nExperience in Multiple SAP Implementations, Upgrades, Conversions, Migrations, out of which, at least 1 Greenfield implementation in the “RISE with SAP” context coordinating with SAP ECS and other CSPs\n\nShould be well versed with SAP MaxAttention, Enterprise Support procedures\n\nFlexibility to travel: Travel may be extensive at times to accommodate program needs, including support for program activities, vendor meetings, and site visits as necessary.\n\nGeneral Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nProficient level: Strategic and Visionary Leadership: Strategic Thinking, innovation driving, Decision making\n\nProficient level: Change Management and Adaptability: Managing resistance, adaptability, resilience\n\nProficient level: People and Relationship Management: Emotional Quotient, Communication, collaboration\n\nProficient level: Technical and Business Acumen: Digital Literacy, Business/Finance Acumen, Process Design\n\nProficient level: Personal Drive and Mindset: Growth mindset, action oriented, courage\n\nTechnical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities\nAt least one SAP certification from the following below preferred:\nSAP S/4HANA System Administration\nDatabase Administrator - SAP HANA\nSAP Fiori System Administration\n\nAat least one SAP certification from the following below preferred:\nSolution Architect - SAP BTP\nBuild Work Zone - Implementation and Administration\nSAP Cloud ALM\n\n Qualifications Preferred\nExcellent verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills\n\nGood ability to define multiple solution options to business problems\n\nExcellent ability to work on multiple projects concurrently\n\nStrong ability to understand the long-term (\"big picture\") and short-term perspectives of situations\n\nBase salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses.
