And under this roof, we protect what matters most.\nJob Summary\nThis is a unique opportunity for an HR professional with a diverse range of interests. This role is exposed to the full scope of HR functions with multisite responsibility (e.g. Employee Relations, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Analytics, and Talent Management) in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This is an ideal role for somebody who wants to roll up their sleeves & help make a big impact while continuing to elevate their valuable HR experience. The Senior HR Partner is responsible for oversight and implementation of human resource functions for all employee groups (salaried, salaried non-exempt, and hourly). The Sr HR Partner serves as a business partner to management on all employee relations issues while acting as an employee champion and change agent.\nEssential Duties\nDesign and implement people solutions to address enterprise and functional strategies\n\nAct as a change agent to further enhance organizational growth and development\n\nIdentify opportunities to modernize and standardize current HR processes\n\nManage specific projects as determined in the annual HR plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives.\n\nParticipate in corporate HR project teams and programs\n\nConduct investigations and make recommendations regarding disciplinary actions and/or employee terminations\n\nPartner with Employee Relations COE on appropriate ER issues, and inform members of leadership as necessary.\n\nGenerate ideas for and champion employee engagement and employee relations activities to foster positive employee morale and interaction\n\nProvide a high level of customer service to all client groups and HR visibility to hourly teams\n\nFacilitate conflict resolution and provide coaching and feedback to employees, supervisors, and managers\n\nPartner with the recruitment team to facilitate/coordinate hourly and salaried interviews, facilitate the on-boarding process, and conduct new hire orientation\n\nPerform other duties as assigned.\n\n Qualifications Required\nBachelor’s Degree required\n\n5+ in exempt level HR resources roles\n\nTech savvy: Demonstrated experience learning new systems, and/or have used an HRIS (Workday preferred). Intermediate skills in working with all programs in the Google Suite.\n\nFlexibility: You prefer a fast-paced and dynamic environment and are agile and comfortable enough to keep up as plans change and evolve.\n\nAbility to multitask: You’ve demonstrated the ability to balance and manage multiple priorities with accuracy, efficiency, and in a timely manner due to your strong organization skills.\n\nCollaboration: You’re the consummate team player, able to build strong relationships and effectively partner with other team members to achieve results. You understand how your work (& the way you communicate it) is important to other people.\n\nCommunication: You can speak and write in a clear, concise and professional manner.\n\nQualifications Preferred\nSHRM -CP\n\nBase salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses.
