And under this roof, we protect what matters most.\nStrategy Special Projects Intern\nDepartment: Strategy Management / Transformation Office\nJob Summary\nA Special Projects Intern supports high-priority, cross-functional initiatives by conducting research, analyzing data, and coordinating workflows for leadership teams.\nEssential Duties\nWe are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical intern to join our data team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience supporting various projects in the team at functional or enterprise level.\nReporting and Strategic Analysis\nProject Support: Assist in planning, executing, and tracking cross-functional special projects from conception to completion.\nResearch & Analysis: Gather, analyze, and synthesize data or market research to support strategic decision-making.\nReporting & Presentations: Design clean slide decks, executive summaries, and progress reports for leadership review.\nCross-Department Coordination: Communicate with internal teams to collect status updates, resolve bottlenecks, and track deliverables.\nProcess Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies and help build streamlined workflows or templates.\nQualifications & Requirements\n Education: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program (Business, Communications, Management, or related fields).\nCommunication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.\nOrganization: Strong project management and multi-tasking abilities with keen attention to detail.\nTech Literacy: Proficient in Google Workspace.\nMindset: Highly adaptable, self-motivated, and comfortable working with limited supervision.\nWhat You Will Learn\nReal-world strategic planning and executive-level project management.\nExposure to multiple business units and organizational leadership.\nAdvanced data synthesis and presentation skills.\nBase salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses.
