Lake Life Begins With Gage.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nPrepare and cook menu items across assigned stations (Salad, Fry, Grill, or Sauté) according to recipes and standards \nSlice, cut, shred, tenderize, and skewer meat, fish, and vegetables as needed for service \nBraise, grill, fry, or sauté ingredients while maintaining quality and consistency \nCook proteins and vegetables to customers’ preferences while preventing cross-contamination \nTrack meal components to ensure timely completion and plating of dishes \nMaintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation at all times \nInform the manager of any equipment maintenance, repair, or replacement needs \nWork collaboratively with chefs, servers, and team members during peak service \nQUALIFICATIONS\nPrevious cooking experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred; willing to train the right candidate \nStrong work ethic, reliability, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment \nKnowledge of food safety and handling procedures \nGood communication skills and a team-oriented attitude \nAbility to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs \nPassion for food and a positive, problem-solving mindset \nWORK SCHEDULE\nWe are hiring immediately for both lunch and dinner shifts:\nLunch shifts: 9 AM - 5 PM \nDinner shifts: 2 PM - 11 PM \nFull-time and part-time positions are available.
