As an intern, you will be an integral part of the gallery’s daily operations and contribute to our mission of promoting and shaping contemporary art.\n\nIn our internship program, you will work closely with a delegated department while supporting general gallery operations on a daily basis, gaining valuable experience, and cultivating lasting relationships. We are looking for applicants with a strong interest in art, who can work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, prioritize, and possess excellent communication skills.\nPosition Type\n10am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday, with additional hours for openings and events.\nFull-time and part-time positions available.\n100% in person, at one of our Beverly Hills gallery.\nThe internship program will run from January 14 - May 22\nDuties include but are not limited to\nContributing to meaningful projects and recurring tasks within your designated department.\nAssisting gallery staff with daily operations, supporting colleagues across sales, artist liaison, research, and events.\nProviding support to the Gallery Assistant team with visitor inquiries and essential administrative tasks (including mail send-outs, publication and stock management, preparing offices for client meetings, expenses).\nAssisting with general office operations, such as stocking supplies, organizing shared spaces, and maintaining inventory.\nParticipating in gallery openings and events.\nSupporting ad hoc projects and other responsibilities as assigned.\nQualifications\nCurrent 3rd or 4th year undergraduates, recent graduates, or postgraduate students with degrees in Art History or related fields.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nA strong desire to pursue a career in the art world.\nFlexibility, attention to detail, and a desire to learn are essential.\nPrior museum, auction house, or gallery experience is preferable.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.\nAbility to occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.\nCandidates should be
