GAI is the right place for talented and motivated individuals who seek to distinguish themselves in a company poised for unlimited growth.\nQualifications:\nKnowledge and experience with PennDOT and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission. \nTransportation design including traffic design analysis and roadway design. \nPreparation of reports, maps, drawings, bid documents, and project plans\nProficient in Synchro and/or HCS software\nProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.\nKnowledgeable in MicroStation with the familiarity of roadway design software such as OpenRoads Designer is desired.\nGeneral Characteristics\nMakes decisions with broad influence on activities of their organizations.\nDemonstrates a high degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in planning, organizing, and guiding projects and activities.\nEvaluates solutions to complex problems.\nAssesses courses of resolution to ethical dilemmas in complicated situations.\nMinimum Years of Experience\n1-3 years’ experience working in the field of Civil Engineering, particularly traffic design and analysis.\nEducation\nB.S. degree in Engineering is required.
