Proficiency with either AutoCAD or Microstation, Inroads, AutoTurn, Synchro, Vissim and GIS software a plus, but not required.\nEngineers I/II evaluate, select, and apply standard techniques, procedures and criteria to perform a task or sequence of tasks for conventional types of plans, investigations, or surveys with relatively few complex features under the general guidance of a Project Engineer or Project Manager. Work on small projects or portions of larger projects.
