You will partner with PMs, Developers, other Product Designers, and clients to define requirements, plan and conduct research, identify problems, architect solutions, build design systems, create wireframes, and deliver beautiful and usable products.\nWho You AreWe're hiring a Product Designer, but we're not looking for someone who only designs screens. You're excellent at your craft, have strong product taste, and are comfortable stepping beyond traditional design boundaries when that's what the product needs.\n\nYou have a high bar for what good looks like and care deeply about how products look, feel, and work.\n\nYou see yourself as a product builder, not someone who only owns the design phase. You're comfortable contributing across strategy, product, and implementation when needed.\n\nYou think beyond the interface to understand the user problem, business model, growth, adoption, and what success looks like after launch.\n\nYou get energy from turning ideas into real products and seeing how people actually use them.\n\nYou take ownership of outcomes, not just design deliverables, and stay engaged through implementation and iteration.\n\nYour Responsibilities\nFacilitate workshops to uncover problems and understand users to define what we are solving, why, and for whom.\n\nConduct UX research, including user interviews, usability tests, surveys, competitive analyses, card sorts, literature reviews, UX audits, and heuristic evaluations.\n\nDistill research findings into actionable next steps and constraints for design.\n\nExplore solutions by architecting experiences using journey maps, story maps, site maps, flow diagrams, sketches, and low fidelity wireframes.\n\nCreate UX and UI deliverables by designing medium and high fidelity wireframes.\n\nDemonstrate interactions and user flows by creating clickable/tappable prototypes.\n\nAlign design decisions with client business goals and KPIs to drive business outcomes.\n\nEstablish visual design guidelines by exploring typography, colors, logos, imagery, illustrations, and iconography.\n\nPrepare designs for handoff by creating robust and scalable atomic design systems, annotating wireframes, and supporting development requirements.\n\nGather and iterate on client feedback directly, while maintaining clear communication and setting realistic expectations throughout the process.\n\nOptimize internal processes including design, client management, project management, and development by identifying areas of improvement and proposing solutions.\n\nBe comfortable using AI-assisted design and development workflows, including tools such as Paper.design and Claude Code, to explore, communicate, and iterate on solutions.\n\nKeys to success\nBe comfortable with ambiguity.
