We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organized, and creative Marketing & Operations Associate who can support both our marketing initiatives and day-to-day office requirements.\nThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats-combining creativity, coordination, vendor management, events, and operational execution in a fast-paced startup environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nMarketing & Brand Coordination\nCoordinate with external marketing, branding, design, PR, and creative agencies to ensure timely execution of campaigns and deliverables.\nAssist in planning, creating, and managing creative content for GalaxEye’s social media platforms.\nSupport the development of social media calendars, campaign ideas, posts, captions, and other marketing collateral.\nCoordinate internal stakeholders to collect information, updates, photographs, and content required for marketing activities.\nEnsure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across marketing and communication materials.\nAssist with basic marketing research, competitor tracking, and campaign coordination.\nEvents & External Engagements\nSupport the planning and execution of company events, facility visits, conferences, exhibitions, launches, and internal engagement activities.\nCoordinate with vendors, venues, agencies, guests, and internal teams for smooth event execution.\nManage event logistics, including invitations, branding materials, merchandise, giveaways, and other collateral.\nAssist with guest coordination, delegation management, schedules, hospitality, and on-ground execution.\nVendor, Merchandise & Gifting Management\nCoordinate with vendors for printing, branding materials, corporate merchandise, employee gifts, and other requirements.\nManage requirements such as business cards, brochures, banners, standees, welcome kits, and other company collateral.\nSource vendors, obtain quotations, compare options, and coordinate orders and deliveries.\nMaintain records of vendors, orders, costs, inventory, and timelines.\nOffice & Administrative Support\nProvide support for smaller office and operational requirements as and when required.\nCoordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.\nAssist with maintaining inventory of marketing materials, merchandise, gifts, and office collateral.\nTake ownership of assigned tasks and ensure proper follow-up and closure.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.\n2-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand coordination, events, communications, operations, or a similar role.\nStrong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.\nGood understanding of social media platforms and content creation.\nCreative mindset with an eye for branding and communication.\nExperience coordinating with external agencies, designers, printers, and other vendors is preferred.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nProactive, resourceful, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.\nAbility to follow up independently, manage timelines, and ensure tasks are completed.\nBenefits\nWe are looking for someone who is hands-on, creative, highly organised, and willing to take ownership.
