system-level hardware architecture\nincluding design, manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing of\nhigh-reliability electronics for airborne and space applications.\nGather system requirements, perform component\nselection, and create Bills of Materials (BoMs) with consideration for cost,\navailability, and lead times.\nDesign power architectures including DC-DC converters,\nLDOs, protection circuits, power sequencing, and detailed power budgeting.\nDevelop, review, and maintain schematics and PCB\nlayouts for embedded hardware systems.\nImplement and interface RFSoC/MPSoC, FPGAs, MCUs, and\nSoCs with external peripherals; integrate and validate interfaces such as SPI,\nUART, I²C, GPIO, and PCIe.\nCoordinate with external partners and vendors for\nfabrication, assembly, and testing in compliance with aerospace standards\n(AS9100).\nCollaborate closely with firmware teams to support\nhardware bring-up, debugging, and system validation.\nPerform comprehensive hardware testing and ensure\ncompliance with quality and reliability standards.\nCreate and maintain detailed technical documentation\nand work effectively with cross-functional teams.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics &\nCommunication, Electrical Engineering, or a related scientific or engineering\ndiscipline.\n4+ years of demonstrated experience in electronic\nhardware design, development, and testing.\nStrong hands-on experience in schematic capture and PCB\nlayout (single and multilayer boards) using tools such as Altium, KiCad, Eagle,\nor similar.\nExperience with microcontrollers and SoCs, peripheral\ninterfacing, and communication protocols including SPI, I²C, UART, CAN,\nPCI-Express, USB, MIPI, LVDS, DDRx and others.\nExpertise in power supply design, including SMPS, DC-DC\nconverters, LDOs, PMICs, and battery-operated systems with BMS.\nAdvanced hardware and firmware debugging skills for\neffective troubleshooting of embedded system boards.\nHands-on experience in SI, PI, and EMI/EMC-compliant\nPCB design, covering stack-up planning, impedance control, power distribution\nand decoupling, grounding strategies, and EMI mitigation techniques.\nExperience in designing schematics and layouts for RF\ncircuits, integration for wireless modules is highly desirable.\nExcellent problem-solving
