every electrical and electronic system like Electrical Power Systems, Data Acquisition Boards, On-Board Computers etc.\nRole & Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end system-level hardware architecture including design, manufacturing, assembly, integration, and testing of high-reliability electronics for airborne and space applications.\n\nDesign analog, digital, mixed-signal, and high-speed electronic circuits for embedded systems.\n\nOwnradiation and costaware componentselection, schematic design, design reviews, PCB bring-up, validation, and hardware debugging.\n\nPerform Signal Integrity (SI) and Power Integrity (PI) analysis and simulations; apply good EMI/EMC design practices.\n\nDesign power architectures including DC-DC converters, LDOs, protection circuits, power sequencing, and detailed power budgeting.\n\nDevelop, review, and maintain schematics and PCB layouts for embedded hardware systems.\n\nDefine PCB stack-up, controlled impedance, placement, routing, grounding, shielding, and power-distribution requirements.\n\nImplement and interface RFSoC/MPSoC, FPGAs, MCUs, and SoCs with external peripherals; integrate and validate interfaces such as SPI, UART, I²C, GPIO, and PCIe.\n\nExperience with ADCs, DACs, DDR, Ethernet, PCIe, JESD204, LVDS, SPI, I2C, UART, and CAN\n\nLead board-level testing, characterization, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and failure resolution.\n\nCoordinate with external partners and vendors for fabrication, assembly, and testing in compliance with aerospace standards (AS9100).\n\nWork closely with FPGA, firmware, PCB layout, mechanical, RF, manufacturing, and test teams.\n\nPerform comprehensive hardware testing and ensure compliance with quality and reliability standards.\n\nCreate and maintain detailed technical documentation and work effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nContribute to hardware architecture, design reviews, technical documentation, and mentoring of junior engineers.\n\nRequirements\nDesired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics & Communication, Electrical Engineering, or a related scientific or engineering discipline.\n\n4+ years of demonstrated experience in electronic hardware design, development, and testing.\n\nExpertise in power supply design, including SMPS, DC-DC converters, LDOs, PMICs, and battery-operated systems with BMS.\n\nAdvanced hardware and firmware debugging skills for effective troubleshooting of embedded system boards.\n\nExperience in designing mixed signal schematics and layouts for RF circuits.\n\nExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.\n\nPersonality Traits:\nExcellent creative thinking and attention to detail\nReady
