(Nasdaq: GLXY) is a global leader in digital assets and data center infrastructure, growing the economy that runs on code. Galaxy delivers the onchain infrastructure that connects institutions to digital assets, including trading, advisory, asset management, staking, self-custody, and tokenization. Galaxy also develops and operates data center infrastructure to power AI and HPC workloads. Anchored by its Helios campus in Texas, Galaxy is building a multi-gigawatt pipeline of more than 5.7 GW of potential capacity, positioning it among the largest and fastest-growing data center developers in North America.\nThe Company is headquartered in New York City, with offices across North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.\nAdditional information about Galaxy's businesses and products is available on www.galaxy.com.\nWhat We Value:\nWe are a diverse team of free thinkers, and fast movers united to help investors and creators energize the global economy. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a culture of builders and overachievers and embrace high performance, transparent feedback, and a mission-first approach. Our culture shapes our way of working and gets us where we want to be.\nSeek Excellence.\nBe Selective To Be Effective.\nBe Highly Aligned, Loosely Coupled.\nDisagree Transparently.\nEncourage Independent Decision-Making.\nBuild Dream Teams.\nWho You Are\nYou're a seasoned project controls professional with 7+ years managing schedule, cost, change, and documentation on large-scale, mission-critical construction programs - ideally in data centers, schedule-driven sector where downtime isn't an option. You read a P6 schedule critically - spotting broken logic, float that's been quietly manipulated, and a critical path that's about to move before it shows up in next week's update. You can pick apart a change order line by line and know a GMP well enough to catch a buyout gap before it becomes a claim.\nYou're equally comfortable pushing back on a general contractor in a weekly OAC meeting and briefing an executive on cost and schedule risk in five minutes flat. You don't wait to be asked for bad news - you surface it early, with the data to back it up. You build trust with GCs, design consultants, finance, and leadership not by being agreeable, but by being fair, prepared, and unwilling to accept a story that doesn't add up.\nYou think in systems - cost, schedule, risk, and change aren't separate disciplines to you, they're one integrated view of program health - and you're comfortable operating in an environment where the schedule compresses, the scope shifts, and the stakes don't.\nWhat You'll Do\nManage the third-party scheduling consultants who review, analyze, and maintain the master schedule, setting expectations for quality, cadence, and reporting\nWork directly with general contractors to review and validate their schedules - testing logic, durations, critical path, float, and sequencing against owner milestones\nOwn schedule health reporting to leadership, giving a clear, honest picture of progress, risk, and forecast, and escalating issues before they become delays\nOwn the change order process end-to-end: intake, review, verification, negotiation, and resolution\nCritically evaluate change orders for scope, pricing, and schedule impact - verifying quantities, labor, markups, and backup rather than taking submissions at face value\nNegotiate change orders directly with the general contractor to protect Galaxy's cost and schedule position\nRepresent Galaxy in weekly change and progress meetings with the GC, driving accountability and timely closure of open items\nMaintain a complete, auditable change order log reconciled against the project budget and GMP\nServe as the bridge between field/GC reality and Finance's cost picture, ensuring both tell the same story\nOwn documentation control for active projects - RFIs, submittals, change documentation, meeting records, and contractual correspondence\nEstablish and improve project controls standards, templates, reporting, and governance across the portfolio\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience\n7+ years of project controls or construction management experience on large-scale, complex programs; mission-critical or data center experience required\nProven experience managing schedule on the owner's side, including oversight of scheduling consultants and review of GC-maintained schedules\nDeep, hands-on command of CPM scheduling and Primavera P6 - enough to interrogate a schedule, not just read one\nDemonstrated experience owning the change order process, including verification and direct negotiation with general contractors\nStrong working knowledge of construction contracts and GMP structures (AIA A133/A201 or similar)\nAbility to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents\nExcellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to hold GCs accountable and brief executives with equal credibility\nAbility to manage controls across multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment\nWhat You Bring\nAn owner's mindset - you protect the schedule, the GMP, and the record as if the capital were your own, and you hold contractors and consultants to that same standard.\nThe credibility to sit across from a general contractor and negotiate change with confidence, and the judgment to know which battles matter.\nA sharp, detail-driven eye that catches the number that doesn't hold up, the logic that doesn't sequence, and the risk before it becomes a delay.\nThe versatility to move fluidly between the field, the GC, Finance, and the executive table, tailoring the message to each without losing the thread.\nA bias for order and structure - you bring discipline to controls, documentation, and reporting in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.\nWillingness to travel up to 20% to Data Center sites as the work requires.\nWhat We Offer:\nCompetitive base salary and discretionary bonus\nFlexible Time Off (i.e. unlimited paid vacation days)\nCompany paid Holidays (14)\nCompany paid sick leave\nCompany-paid health and protective benefits for employees, partners, and other dependents\n3% 401(k) company contribution\nGenerous paid Parental Leave\nFree virtual coaching and counseling sessions through Ginger\nFree daily snacks in-office\nSmart, entrepreneurial, and fun colleagues\nEmployee Resource Groups\n*Benefits may vary depending on location.\nApply now and join us on our mission to engineer a new economic paradigm.\nGalaxy respects diversity and seeks to provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and job applicants for employment without regard to actual or perceived age, race, color, creed, religion, sex or gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, lactation and related medical conditions), gender identity or gender expression (including transgender status), sexual orientation, marital or partnership or caregiver status, ancestry, national origin, citizenship status, disability, military or veteran status, protected medical condition as defined by applicable state or local law, genetic information or predisposing genetic characteristic, or other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local laws and ordinances.\nWe will endeavor to make a reasonable accommodation to the known limitations of a qualified applicant with a disability unless the accommodation would impose an undue hardship on the operation of our business.
