We value technicians who are reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent customer service.\nWhy Join Us\nCompetitive hourly pay ($30-$38/hr)\nStable, family-oriented company culture\nOpportunities for growth and advancement\nWork with a team that values craftsmanship, integrity, and professionalism\nWhat You’ll Do\nInstall, service, and repair commercial overhead doors, rolling steel doors, sectional doors, high-speed doors, dock levelers, and truck restraints.\nDiagnose issues, perform troubleshooting, and complete repairs independently.\nConduct preventative maintenance (PMs) on commercial equipment.\nRead work orders and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers.\nEnsure all work meets safety standards and jobsite requirements.\nMaintain tools, equipment, and service truck in good condition.\nDocument work performed with accuracy and attention to detail.\nWhat We’re Looking For\nExperience\n3+ years of hands-on experience with commercial overhead doors, loading dock equipment, or similar mechanical trades.\nStrong mechanical aptitude and comfort working in industrial environments.\nAbility to work independently on installs and service calls.\nTechnical Skills\nExperience with:\nSectional doors\nRolling steel doors\nDock levelers & restraints\nHigh-speed doors\nOperators & controls\nSolid troubleshooting and mechanical diagnosis abilities.\nAbility to read and interpret manuals, schematics, and install instructions.\nSoft Skills\nStrong communication and customer service skills.\nReliable, professional, and safety-conscious.\nAble to manage time effectively and follow through on commitments.\nWorks well without micromanagement.\nRequirements\nAbility to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, lifts, and in industrial conditions.\nMust be authorized to work in the U.S.\nWillingness to take part in training and meet company standards\nEEO Statement\nWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
