建设端侧数据质量与效率指标：定义有效采集时长、合格率、上传成功率、单条采集耗时等核心指标，推动端侧前置质检（如遮挡、抖动、丢帧、同步偏差检测），持续优化数据产出的成本与质量。\n4. 深入一线采集现场：跟进数采厂和外部采集场景，收集采集员、质检员和算法同学的反馈，快速定位问题并推动研发落地。5. 跨团队协作：与客户端研发、硬件、算法、运营及数采厂团队紧密合作，协调资源，保障版本按期交付。\n任职要求\n1. 本科及以上学历，计算机、自动化、电子信息、工业设计等相关专业优先;\n2. 3年以上产品经理经验，有完整负责过APP从0到1或核心模块迭代的经历，有软硬件结合产品经验优先;\n3. 具备较强的数据意识，理解数据采集、清洗、标注、训练的基本流程，能用数据指标驱动产品决策;\n4. 了解可穿戴采集设备（如头环、UMI夹爪）的基础知识，熟悉多路相机、IMU、深度传感器等常见传感器，以及视频编码、设备与APP连接等基础概念，能与软硬件研发就技术方案进行有效讨论;\n5. 逻辑清晰，文档能力强，能独立输出高质量PRD、流程图和交互原型;\n6.
